We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist in Charge for a home infusion facility in Oklahoma. This 13-week contract role offers a chance for direct hire after the initial assignment. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing in a home infusion environment.

Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge
Location: Oklahoma
Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential for Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians, and provide guidance on medication management.

Oversee medication orders and patient profiles, ensuring accurate dispensation.

Ensure appropriate sterilization and compounding techniques for infusion medications (sterile compounding experience preferred, but not required).

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care in a home infusion setting.

Maintain and manage inventory of medications and supplies for infusion treatments.

Qualifications:

Oklahoma Pharmacist License (Required).

Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience is a plus.

Pharmacy management experience is required.

Sterile compounding experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
