oliant Health is partnering with a pharmacy in Horsham, PA, to find an experienced Infusion Director of Pharmacy Operations. This role is located about 30 miles north of Philadelphia and offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend work.
Position Overview:
As the Director of Pharmacy Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small infusion pharmacy. This includes managing a team of 8 employees who focus on IVIg dispensing and mixing. You will ensure that all operations comply with regulatory standards and maintain the highest quality of patient care.
