We're seeking an inpatient pharmacist for a 13+ week contract assignment. This is a full time opening (4x10s) in a 200+ bed community hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana. This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise to a well-established facility offering strong team support and a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Verifying and reviewing medication orders
Supervising pharmacy technicians
Collaborating with physicians and nursing staff on patient medication therapies
Performing pharmacokinetic evaluations and other clinical tasks as needed
Requirements:
1–2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Experience with EPIC and Pyxis systems is a plus (not required)
Active and clear Louisiana pharmacist license
