Hospital Clinical Pharmacist 7on/7off (Travel Contract) - North California

RPh on the Go is now hiring a full-time Clinical Pharmacist for a reputable hospital in Northern California. This is a full-time contract position with the potential for permanent hire. Assignment Specifics:
•    Full-time
•    13+ weeks temp to perm
•    Shift: 9:00pm - 7:30am

Job Duties:
•    Review and monitor patient’s medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.
•    Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patient’s medication therapy and provide recommendations.
•    Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physician’s prescriptions.
•    Prepare sterile IV admixtures.
•    Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring.


Pay: $65+ based on experience
 

Requirements:
•    Active Pharmacist license in the state of California
•    At least 2+ years’ experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting
•    Experience with Cerner preferred but not required
