We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to join a home infusion facility in Oklahoma for a 13-week contract position, with the potential for direct hire after the assignment. In this role, you will take charge of pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and precise dispensing of medications in a home infusion setting. If you have pharmacy management experience, and preferably home infusion or inpatient hospital background, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a critical healthcare environment.

Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge
Location: Oklahoma
Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential for Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians, and provide guidance on medication management.

Oversee medication orders and patient profiles, ensuring accurate dispensation.

Ensure appropriate sterilization and compounding techniques for infusion medications (sterile compounding experience preferred, but not required).

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care in a home infusion setting.

Maintain and manage inventory of medications and supplies for infusion treatments.

Qualifications:

Oklahoma Pharmacist License (Required).

Home infusion or inpatient hospital experience is a plus.

Pharmacy management experience is required.

Sterile compounding experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
