Home-Infusion PIC - Multi-State Licensed - Farmers Branch, TX
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead pharmacy operations with a strong focus on multi-state compliance and clinical expertise. This is a permanent role with a dynamic organization supporting infusion, specialty, and clinical pharmacy services.

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Must hold active pharmacist licenses in at least 4 states from the following:
AL, AK, AR, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV
Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed promptly
Leadership and management experience overseeing pharmacy operations
Clinical pharmacy experience in LTC, Hospital, or Specialty settings is required
Experience with multi-state dispensing and regulatory compliance
Infusion experience preferred but not mandatory
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
Current pharmacist licensure in good standing in Texas and ability to secure multiple additional licenses
3-5 years of experience in sterile compounding, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of USP <797> and <800> standards for sterile compounding
Strong attention to detail and commitment to aseptic technique
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
Experience with regulatory inspections and audits is a plus
