Home Infusion Pharmacist - 13 weeks - Benefits Offered
RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist to join our team in Alabama. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of recent home infusion experience, working knowledge of the CPR+ computer system, and a clear and active Alabama Pharmacist license.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm
13+ weeks (might run a little longer due to maternity leave)
Contract Only
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and dispense infusion medications while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to home infusion patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the CPR+ computer system.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in all aspects of pharmacy operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home infusion experience.
• Proficiency with the CPR+ computer system.
• Active and clear Alabama Pharmacist license.
