Home Infusion Facility Needs a Pharmacy Technician - IV Experience

RPh on the go is searching for an IV pharmacy technician for a temporary assignment near Farmington, Arkansas. This is a full-time ongoing assignment. Strong possibility of becoming permanent. Schedule will be Monday through Friday day shift.

Must Possess the Following:

An active Arkansas pharmacy technician license and PTCB with no negative history.

1-year or more recent IV work experience.

IV experience from a home infusion or inpatient setting is highly desired.

Excellent phone and computer/typing skills.

Must be flexible with a high level of focus and energy.

Duties Include:

Patient communications.

Pulling and preparing medications for the clean room.

Mixing IV’s – TPN, antibiotics and hydration (no chemo).

Equipment cleaning and sterilizing.
