Full Time Staff Pharmacist - Long Term Care Facility

RPh on the Go is actively searching for a Staff Pharmacist willing to work in Spokane, WA. This is a 32 hour a week position, Monday-Friday, no weekends. If you are a proficient Pharmacist, with recent Pharmacy experience and are interested in a new opportunity, apply today!

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Review medication orders and patient profiles to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with regulations and standards of practice.
•    Monitor medication therapy for potential drug interactions, adverse effects, and therapeutic duplications.
•    Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
•    Provide medication counseling and education to residents, families, and caregivers.
•    Oversee medication dispensing, distribution, and inventory management processes.
•    Participate in medication reconciliation and medication therapy management programs.
•    Maintain accurate and complete documentation of pharmaceutical care activities.

Qualifications:
•    Active Pharmacist License in the state of Washington 
•    Recent Pharmacy Experience 

Pay Rate : $58+ Based on Experience
