Soliant Health is seeking a dependable and clinically experienced Travel Pharmacist for a full-time position in Walker, Minnesota. Position Details:Setting: Specialty Pharmacy (Hybrid Retail + Long-Term Care)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekends: Closed
Duration: 13+ week contract
Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfill a variety of long-term care pharmacist duties including order verification, medication review, and collaboration with care teams
Perform dispensing and clinical checks with attention to accuracy, safety, and compliance
Supervise and work alongside pharmacy technicians and support staff
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure pharmacy regulations are followed
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes
Use pharmacy management systems effectively to maintain records and ensure workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Active Minnesota Pharmacist License or willingness to reciprocate from another state
PharmD degree
Minimum of 3 years of pharmacist experience in retail, long-term care, or specialty pharmacy settings
Immunization Certification
CPR Certification
MTM Certification or equivalent clinical experience in medication therapy management
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a new setting
Must be able to start quickly and commit to the duration of the contract
