Full Time Pharmacy Technician - Long Term Care Facility
Burlington, MA
RPh on the go is actively searching for a Pharmacy Technician willing to work in Lowell, MA. This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday, dat shift. If you are a proficient Pharmacy Technician with recent pharmacy experience and are interested in a new opportunity, apply today!
Duties:
• Filling prescription items, adhering to State Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Packaging medications for dispensing and delivery
• Labeling products appropriately with cautionary or auxiliary labels
• Participating in periodic inventory counts
• Checking in drugs and supplies, stocking shelves, and removing expired items
• Preparing medications, including compounding non-sterile formulations
• Communicating professionally with internal and external customers
• Processing returned medications for credit or destruction
• Assisting in the training of new employees
Qualifications:
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in Massachusetts
• Recent Pharmacy Technician Experience
• Long Term Care Experience a plus
