Soliant Health is actively seeking a Night Shift Inpatient Pharmacist for a 7 on / 7 off assignment at a reputable hospital in the Ventura County area. Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, Night Shifts (~9:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Setting: Inpatient Hospital
Location: Greater Ventura County area (Los Angeles metro)
Facility Details:~300-bed acute care hospital
Cerner EHR and Omnicell automation systems
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overnight clinical pharmacy services across multiple hospital units
Verify medication orders, prepare and dispense medications
Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information to healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and hospital protocols
Collaborate with nursing and medical staff for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
Active California Pharmacist License
Recent inpatient hospital experience is required
Strong knowledge of Cerner and Omnicell systems is highly preferred
Must be comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
