**Job Responsibilities:**
- Inpatient Pharmacist Position in an Acute Hospital Setting
- Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Engage in kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verification
- Work directly with nursing, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services
**Requirements:**
- Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD
- Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
- Three years of inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
