Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and driven Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a home infusion and sterile compounding setting in Farmers Branch, TX. This high-responsibility leadership role is perfect for a pharmacist who thrives in regulated environments and is ready to manage multi-state operations with precision and authority.

About the Role:
In this position, you will lead and oversee the pharmacy’s sterile compounding operations, regulatory compliance, and multi-state dispensing activities. You’ll be responsible for maintaining licensure in multiple states, enforcing compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards, and guiding a team of professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations with an emphasis on sterile compounding and infusion services

Ensure full compliance with USP <797>, <800>, and all federal and state regulations

Maintain licensure in a minimum of 4 states and actively pursue additional licenses

Lead and support pharmacy staff including technicians and pharmacists

Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to support quality patient care

Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections and internal audits

Develop and refine workflows for efficient and compliant multi-state dispensing Required Qualifications:

PharmD 

Active Texas pharmacist license and licensure in at least 4 other states (from: AL, AK, AR, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NE, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV)

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sterile compounding and clinical pharmacy (LTC, hospital, or specialty settings)

Prior leadership or management experience in a pharmacy setting

Experience handling high-volume, multi-state dispensing operations

Strong understanding of USP <797> and <800> guidelines

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
