Evening Shift Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Fulfillment | Chicago, IL
RPh on The Go is actively hiring for a Pharmacy Technician to join a long-term care pharmacy operation based in Chicago, IL. This is an 8-week contract with strong potential to transition into a permanent position. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an evening workflow, this could be the perfect fit.

Work Hours:
Monday through Friday | 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend (same shift time)
Position Overview:
This role focuses on supporting pharmacy operations through accurate data entry and order processing. You’ll be entering prescriptions, preparing supply shipments, and helping ensure patients receive what they need on time—all in a closed-door setting.
Primary Duties:
Input and verify prescription information in the pharmacy system
Package, label, and organize outgoing orders for delivery
Maintain smooth coordination with pharmacists and other staff
Follow all applicable compliance guidelines, including HIPAA
Rotate into weekend coverage once every three weeks
Requirements:
Must hold an active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
Experience in pharmacy data entry and medication fulfillment
Background in retail or long-term care pharmacy is a plus
Ability to work assigned evening hours and participate in rotating weekends
