We’re hiring a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) for a busy Long Term Care pharmacy processing ~1800 prescriptions daily. The facility includes a clean room for IVs and TPNs and operates around the clock.
This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage HR issues (no on-site HR team), and support a team-focused culture. Visibility and team motivation are key!
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in NY
5–10 years’ experience (LTC, hospital, or retail)
PIC or LTC leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
