Data Entry Pharmacy Technician – Northside Chicago | Contract-to-Hire
Soliant is seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician for a 9–10 week contract with potential for contract-to-hire in Northside Chicago. This full-time role focuses on accurate and efficient data entry in a pharmacy setting, working Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings with a rotating every 3rd weekend schedule. Start ASAP.

Position Details:
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 12:30 PM–8:30 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend (Sat & Sun)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 9–10 weeks with contract-to-hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy software system
Verify and update patient records, insurance info, and prescriber data
Communicate with pharmacists, billing staff, and prescribers to ensure order completeness
Assist with prescription follow-ups and clarifications as needed
Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy per pharmacy regulations
Qualifications:
Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license (in-hand required)
Strong attention to detail and typing accuracy
Previous experience with pharmacy systems or medical data entry preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
