Soliant Health needs an inpatient pharmacy expert for a full-time position in Moreno Valley, CA area. Our ideal candidate for the Pharmacist role is knowledgeable of pharmaceutical care, working in inpatient pharmacy, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and working well in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is for the day/evening shift & some weekends. Our ideal candidate will have experience with Pyxis & Cerner. Be familiar with all inpatient protocols. Our candidate must have hospital experience.

Requirements: 

• Recent Hospital Experience 2+ years
• Cerner & Pyxis Knowledge  
• Knowledge of dosage of warfarin, vancomycin, aminoglycosides, and TPN 
• CA License 
• Able to start asap
