Travel Infusion Pharmacist – Cancer Center | Albany, NY Area
Soliant is hiring a Travel Infusion Pharmacist for a 13+ week assignment at a cancer center near Albany, NY. This position offers a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule (approx. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) and requires prior experience in infusion, oncology, or hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and verifying sterile IV and chemotherapy admixtures
Reviewing oncology medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
Collaborating with the oncology care team to ensure patient safety
Maintaining compliance with USP <797> and institutional policies
Requirements:
Active New York Pharmacist license
Experience in infusion, hospital, or oncology pharmacy required
Familiarity with sterile compounding, chemotherapy protocols, and infusion workflows
