Interim Director of Pharmacy – Southern California | No PIC or Staffing Duties
Soliant is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy for a hospital in Southern California. This full-time role is focused strictly on administration, compliance, and leadership, with no PIC responsibilities or staffing shifts. Pharmacy hours: 7 AM – 10 PM daily
On-call: Not required
Pharmacy team: 5–6 pharmacists, 6–7 techs, PRN support available
Order Entry: Paragon/Allscripts
Automation: Pyxis
Remote order entry via Pipeline during closed hours
No compounding or chemo responsibilities
Must-Have Skills:
Strong background in Policy & Procedure crosswalks, Compliance, P&T, MERP, ASP, and Bluesight
Experience managing Pharmacy Chargemaster
Familiarity with 340B programs (dedicated support team in place)
