Exciting opportunity in Fairfield, OH for pharmacists looking to expand into compounding and mail order care! This fast-growing pharmacy is adding multiple pharmacists to support both its retail and specialty compounding services. You’ll receive hands-on training in sterile and non-sterile prep—no prior compounding experience required.
Position Details:
Full-time | Contract-to-Hire (13+ weeks)
Hybrid setting: Retail + Mail Order + Compounding

Shift Options:
First shift: 7am–3pm | 8am–4pm | 9am–5pm OR
Second shift: 12pm–8pm | 4pm–12am
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio
1+ year retail or high-volume pharmacy experience
Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
Willing to train into compounding (capsules, gels, IVs, etc.)
