Clinical Pharmacist (Travel Contract) - Wisconsin

RPh on the Go is now hiring a full-time Clinical Pharmacist with Inpatient Pharmacy experience for a hospital in Wisconsin. This is a full-time 13-week contract position. Assignment Specifics:
•    Full-time
•    13-weeks
•    Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm or 10:30am - 9:00pm

Job Duties:
•    Review and monitor patient’s medication therapy and orders written by appropriate prescribers.
•    Advise healthcare professionals of any issues with patient’s medication therapy and provide recommendations.
•    Prepare, label, and dispense medications for patients in accordance with physician’s prescriptions.
•    Provide drug information and educate caregivers, patients and students regarding their medication and their proper use and monitoring.

Requirements:
•    Active Pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin
•    At least 2+ years’ experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting
