RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a hospital setting in Alaska. The ideal candidate will hold a clear and active pharmacist license in any state and have inpatient pharmacy experience. Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of experience or 1 year of postgraduate residency.
Shift: 1st
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical pharmacy services to optimize patient outcomes.
• Review and verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations, including compounding and dispensing medications.
Qualifications:
• Clear and active pharmacist license in any U.S. state.
• Inpatient pharmacy experience required.
• 2 years of experience preferred or 1 year of postgraduate residency in a hospital setting.
