Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the Massachusetts region. This hybrid, field-based role will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the long-term care pharmacy sector. As the primary point of contact for facility staff and management, you will work closely with administrators, directors, and clinical leaders to ensure the successful implementation of pharmacy services and drive ongoing client satisfaction. Note: This position requires prior experience in client success, account management, or pharmacy-related roles, and the client does not have the bandwidth to provide training. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with facility stakeholders, including Administrators, Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, Clinical and Operational Leaders, and Owners/Operators.
  • Client Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a client-centric approach and achieving success metrics through effective communication and coordination.
  • Facility Visits: Conduct regular, strategic visits to client facilities to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Provide in-depth quarterly business reviews, demonstrating a deep understanding of the company’s value proposition and delivering actionable insights to clients.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor client performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with clients to develop strategies that drive success.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with pharmacy operations, finance, billing, sales, technical support, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
  • Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct in-service training and product demonstrations to ensure clients are well-informed on services and offerings.
  • Compliance & Advocacy: Act as a client advocate, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding & Implementation: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, oversee the implementation of services, and handle customer service-related activities, including complaint resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, activity logs, and other relevant documentation within CRM and operating systems.

    Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Licensure: Pharmacy Technician Certification (must be in good standing).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar account management, business development, or customer service role, preferably in long-term care pharmacy or healthcare services.
  • Location: Must reside within the Massachusetts region.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel 70-90% of the time within the assigned region. A valid driver’s license is required.

    The Perfect Candidate:
    The ideal candidate will have a background as a Pharmacy Technician with LTC account management experience. You should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client relationships while consistently delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring client success. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
